Lack of interest When notifying users about a thread move, notify which node the thread was moved to

Currently people who get a notification about their thread moved to a different forum, don't really "know" where their thread was moved to. It gives them an hyperlink to the their thread, but many new users don't understand what node they are currently writing in. Thus, it would be a good idea to also include the name of the node (with an hyperlink) to wherever their thread/post was moved to.

XF 2.2 Deleting custom thread fields - I don't think the current functionality is good. It makes them risky to use so I don't use them for anything important
