XF 2.3 When Current Visitors shows that they are viewing an error, can we find out what page they are on?

I'm noticing a lot of listings on the Current Visitors page showing that they are currently viewing an error. Is there a way of finding out what URL they are trying to view (since the listing shows 'viewing unknown page')?

It has to pulled out with an addon, this is what we have done for the sites we operate:

There might be another way to do it, but this was the most efficient and we bundled this together with some other features to improve data displayed via the who's online screens (for admin/mod people).

Thanks for the info', it looks like my weekend task will be to do something similar.

I would've sworn that it used to be visible on the page when doing a mouse-hover but that may have been back in the XF 1.x days.
