Whats the "Resource Discussions" forum for?

Why not just use the resource release thread? Why have the resource in one section with what will undoubtedly be discussion about it in that thread, then another forum that will undoubtedly house the same thing?

Discuss resources in development maybe? It's the only way I can find a purpose for it.

For things like WIP (Like Shelleys mood icons), it makes more sense to have a thread in the resource discussion forum.

It also keeps the actual release topic uncluttered.
