We use Trebuchet MS on KH-Flare, though I personally also like Arial, Tahoma, and Verdana.

depends what for desktop or mobile/tablet devices ?

I use either Droid Sans or Open Sans predominantly

I quite like Tahoma, and use it on all sites I launch or acquire.

I used to like Verdana, but like someone else stated...

Tahoma is my choice now. Looks great and it's not too big.

No, it's hard to read some words. Like letters are too close. Switched to Trebuchet MS.
