I prefer to completely disable these features because I find the confusion unbearable and unacceptable for users. It’s almost like Facebook - you click around endlessly until you might eventually end up where you want to be. Or you just stick to the two or three things you're sure won't suddenly take you somewhere else.

Am I the only one who finds this utterly impossible?

Now I've realized that there are two things that might be important: the follower stuff and the "What's New/Latest Activity". So, I have to remove this third menu bar everywhere and keep the main tab because of these two things.

When will this mess be sorted out? When will everything have a fixed place without jumping around?

With search, it might be tolerable, but when it comes to updates, it’s just a mess in my view.

I know that there are template modifications that can disable these features - one of them might be mine if I published it. But, in reality, these functions should be completely turned off. I assume there’s nothing available for that, right?

Is the English from the AI so bad? Or did you just somehow skim over my text? And are you all the other Xenforo users?

Of course, nothing should be deleted; it's about the order that doesn't exist here, because as it stands now, an estimated 20 to X percent of visitors will have absolutely no idea what this mess is about. They only come by every few days, weeks, or months and have different life priorities than the typical full-time forum operator.

/whats-new/posts/
shows pagination

/whats-new/news-feed => button shows more
shows a [more]-button

/whats-new/latest-activity => button shows more
shows a [more]-button

/whats-new/
shows a [more]-button => button jumps to /whats-new/posts/

What ordinary, average user is supposed to understand that?

The translation is likely very bad because I have absolutely no idea what you’re trying to say.

I'm sorry, my own language is impeccable and beyond any doubt. If the AI can't manage to translate that properly, I don't know what else to say. However, I do understand the AI very well.

Yes you're probably alone with that view. However you can disable it and create a page node and a widget(s) to make the style you like.
