Implemented What's New - keep read threads in the list so you can refer back to them

At the moment if you read a thread with "new" content, and then go back to What's New the thread is no longer listed.

I understand that it is no longer new, however after reading a number of "new" items I quite often want to go back to a previously "new" item and read it in more detail or cross-reference it, etc. but I can't because it's not shown.

Can we have a user option to change the behaviour of What's New so members can chose:

• Show only the new content I haven't read yet
• Show all new content since my last visit (including items I have read)

People mentioned this issue right from the first launch of Xenforo.
The solution was "All Recent Messages".

Maybe you want "All Recent Messages" as the default for What's New ?
Maybe that should be the default, and the location where it says "All Recent Messages" should be "Hide Seen Messages" ?

Surely you'd have to rename it "What's Recent"?
