Add-on What's New - Auto Refresh (AJAX) with Red Counter Notification on Tab.

Title covers it all really:

Whats New tab live refreshing, when a new post/thread is made it appears on Whats new for everyone who is on the page.

Notication on the Tab with the number of unseen/new threads/posts to be viewed if someone clicks the thread or is viewing it and hasn't looked.

I would assume AJAX would be a good idea for this.

The version I am requesting would not include the 'click to display' option. It would display them regardless. Could be an optional extra?

Using web sockets is probably a lot better for this than ajax. They have fine browser support too (https://caniuse.com/#feat=websockets).

This is pretty cool though. If I have some spare time and nobody's done it at that point, I'll probably make it.
