Everything is installed.

did you delete the install folder? you're missing files or the hash file has been altered, or your ftp didn't over-write the old files.

go in and look at the dates.

Yeah, I deleted the install folder. Is it necessary? If I keep it, is not risky?

Personally I think it's better to not remove it as it doesn't pose any security risk at all. And it's needed too, for example if you ever need to rebuild the master data down the road.
