I am trying to figure out what particular viewport width causes the sidebar to collapse (the default). I am building various ad serving mappings in DFP to test out and it would help to know this info, thanks.

It's controlled by the max width set in the style properties for responsive design, which is 800px in the default.

The easiest way to check is to use the browser inspector in Chrome and it will show the pixels in real time as you resize the browser.
