What is the most users online, yoursite ever had?

in VB, there is an option of how long the users can remain logged in. Is there a setting like that in XF?

Options -> User Options -> Online Status Timeout (minutes)

According to vB more than 37K, must have been partly bots or something. I think more realistically speaking around 6-7K.

These stats mean nothing in reality because of the way they are tallied, some forums have their cookie time out set to 6 hours to try to show that there are hundreds of members online when in fact if the cookie time out was set to 15 minutes it would show maybe 5-10 members online.

Yesterday, our forum received a reddit visit on a highly NSFW thread, don't plan on linking. Our animated gif thread (240 pages) got linked on their top pics page. "Like a Boss" was sitting at #8 for a few hours.

• 4k-6k people every 90seconds for 6 hours.
• Outgoing 700Mb every 15 seconds. Over 3Tb pushed out in total.
• Servers laughed
