I recently purchased a Xenforo License (second hand) which is in the process of being transferred.
My seller says that after submitting a ticket; Xenforo staff asked him for the buyer (mine).
I am posting this thread on the forum inquiring about what a User ID is.
I gave my seller my forum User ID which was invalid - the 168220 in https://xenforo.com/community/members/monroedoctrine.168220/
The seller states that "They say It has to be a 12 character code with numbers, like a token."
I would appreciated any help finding it but realize that if it has something to do with being linked to a Xenforo customer account (I don't own a Xenforo license yet as this one is being transferred)
