XF 1.4 What if questions of a Moderator actions?

If by accident how could we handle these?

1. If a moderator uses the spam cleaner on a wrong user, can we get that users info back instantly or no?

2. If a moderator warns a member and bans them pemanantly, can we get notifications of these to make sure its legit or not by accident?

3. How to edit how many fractions / warning points and it will auto ban them for a certain time?

If a moderator uses the spam cleaner on a wrong user, can we get that users info back instantly or no?

Information like location? That isn't deleted, so just undo the ban.

1: The Spam Cleaner has an "undo" in the Admin Control Panel. Tools (tab) > Spam Cleaner Log; find entry, hit "restore".
2: Not something we do, but you could use Admin CP - Users (tab) > Banned Users, which lists them in reverse date order of when they were banned, so you can review recent ones.
3: I'd suggest looking at Admin CP - Users (tab) > Warnings. There you specify warnings, and below them, Warning Actions. Note the buttons at the top to create new.
