I'd like to change the grey background element behind the rounded corner - but I can't seem to find out what it is called in the style properties list - anyone know?

The header background, which is overlaid on the page background.

    Both in Style Properties.

    Thanks for the quick reply.

Unfortunately, because I needed the header background to be grey, I had to remove the radius for @navTabs instead to straighten out the two top corners to fit with the whiter logo part of the header.
