Brower Piven, A Professional Corporation announces that a class action lawsuit has been commenced in the Delaware Chancery Court on behalf of all shareholders of Internet Brands, Inc.
The claims asserted in the complaint arise out of the proposed transaction, announced on September 20, 2010, whereby an affiliate of the Hellman & Friedman Capital Partners VI, L.P. (the "Buyer") will take private Internet for $13.35 in cash for each share of its Class A and Class B common stock in a transaction (the "Transaction") valued at approximately $640 million.

LOL, this is standard procedure with all buy outs, law firms file suit against company directors, in this case the shareholders are lucky anyone would give them over 13 dollars a share for that piece of crap stock.

Bill Gross of IdeaLab controls 19% of the stock and 64% of shareholder voting power through a special class of stock and he has already committed to the sell out to get out before Brisco destroys his investment, and the Board agrees with him.

This lawsuit will get thrown out of court.

If you were a share holder you would want out of any company Bob Brisco is running, that is a fact.

The story is funny enough to make a comedy movie out of.

Do you think Brisco could play a muffin ?

I am going to assume this is one of those cases where English in one location does not match English in another.

Muffin, a flour based product what is sweet and consumed for breakfast?

When your stock owners go after you, that's when you know you're doing something wrong. I honestly hope that IB loses both cases against XenForo and against its stockholders. Just for the simple fact that they dont want anyone else to make a living beside their own-selfish-money-hungery-selves.
