Mr. Andy, a little suggestion for this wonderful modification:

- Maybe, more than one account may welcome new users. For example, right now only one account creates welcome threads. If 3 - 4 accounts can do this, it will look more natural on welcome forums.

Would it be possible to trigger this based on user custom fields?

I have a "User Country Flag" field which I would like to have trigger a post in an appropriate section.
I don't mind configuring your plugin once per location.
