We have a Welcome area, Introduce yourself

Is there a way we can have a setting where it posts automatically (like Welcome to the Board!) on their new member thread from the Admin/Supers?

There may be one available in the resources.

I was more thinking of something where we don't have to post every time someone introduces themselves.
We always have to say
"Welcome, I hope you enjoy our board" or whatever and I never look at that section, so....
I was hoping it could be automated.

Then set up the options and permissions for all the new features.
