Implemented Welcome Email and Conversation after a member gets activated.

I want a Welcome Email and also a Conversation Message for new members.
After:

• Email activation
• Manual Approval
• Creating on Admin Panel

I've been using forum software since 2001, sending a welcome message is even more vital now so you can promote your Social Media pages and also try to sell a membership upgrade. This needs to be built in ASAP IMHO.

@hdr I saw a several add-ons for welcome messages in there that stopped working as updates for the forum came out. Kind of wish it was a "standard" feature.
