Curiosity question... the few times I've seen that happen was with the old Flexile Dark styles that were not updated for 1.2/.3. Does this happen to be a style based off the old Flexile Dark?

I see no style called Uniform in the resources - is it one you downloaded here (if so, link) or is it one you got somewhere else?
The more I look at it, the more I'm willing to bet that it is either
A) A 1.1.x based style that was not updated to 1.2.x/3.x series
or
B) You have some non-terminated/closed EXTRA.css entries.

@Tracy Perry I can't find it anymore too. But it's a theme from Xenfocus.

Odds are then it was a 1.1.x style. Nearest I can find on his site is Fusion.
If it IS a 1.1.x style, you have a LOT of customization/modifications that you are going to need to do update it. If you are not very familiar with styles/css/templates then it will be a chore.

Was this a paid style? If so he may still offer support for it. If not a paid style your time may be better invested in looking for a 1.2/3 compatible MineCraft style or if you like XenFocus looking at getting Fusion and modifying it to fit the MineCraft look.

@Tracy Perry I think I'm going to use Fusion and change it to the way Uniform looks, as Uniform (Fusion too) is a great style!

@William David Edwards Uniform was a paid style by @Ehren the developer of XenFocus. So the only place you should have downloaded that from is http://www.xenforcus.com As such, that would be the best place to get support for this style and possibly look into having it updated for your needs.
Although if you're going to purchase Fusion, perhaps that solves your problem.

From what I saw Fusion was very similar to it... just a different background image (and you should be able to use your existing one). In the long run, it will be a LOT less work. For me, the work to get a 1.1.x style updated to 1.2/3 compatibility is not worth the $30 it costs to get a style that is already compatible.@Tracy Perry I think I'm going to use Fusion and change it to the way Uniform looks, as Uniform (Fusion too) is a great style!

PixelExit.com also has some that could be used, but they don't have some of the transparency effects that Fusion does.

Unfortunately I don't have any records of William purchasing the Uniform theme and I've asked him to remove it from his site.
The theme was discontinued before 1.2.x was released which is why the errors are happening. I should mention all of my 1.3.x themes are working correctly.
