[weblabs] User Upgrade Management - Allows managing user upgrades through the frontend using permissions.

With the help of this AddOn, user upgrades can now be managed easily and efficiently not only in the ACP but also via user profiles in the frontend, depending on user permissions. Thus, authorized persons and user groups can manage them without needing access to all user upgrades in the ACP.

Furthermore, user upgrades can be obtained or extended based on Redeem Codes. These can be created in the ACP and bound to a specific duration...
