Webhook for Direct Messages

Would be nice to have a webhook for this vs constantly pinging a user's account via the API, lots of opportunity for support automation.

lol, sorry ... bored at the kids sports. but it would be really useful ...

Would be even better if you could use webhooks for any type of alert/notification (not just direct messages).
