If I'm not mistaken, when a moderator issues a warning the member will receive a private message from the moderator who issued the warning, correct?

Is it possible to add multiple members automatically to the message?

I'd like the entire moderator team to be able to see the warning message to the user automatically, rather than having to add the staff to the message.

Only if they choose to do so - although warnings can have pre-configured conversations messages, they can elect not to send one.

No, that's not possible.
