It would be be great if it was possible to also give a warning (ideally with all its options such as choosing the type, customizing the message and points).
Another idea, partially connected is to make the reports similar to approval queue. A lot of the time, an action could be taken straight from the report (delete/warn). Only when a different action needs to be taken (such as editing), it would make sense to go to the content. In fact, both of these (approval queue and reports) and their potential actions to take seem very alike, so maybe they could even be merged?
