VPS on Europe/US datacenter for Asian/Middle East target users

There are many hosting companies offering good VPS packages but most are based in Europe and US datacenters. If my target audience are in Asia and Middle East, is it advisable? How bad would the latency be? If it's just few milliseconds, it should still probably be ok. Will the use of Cloudflare CDN (free) overcome this?

So I went with Linode Singapore. OVH cost for backup is more expensive and they don't offer hourly rates so I didn't try them. The only other VPS host with Singapore location is Vultr and Digital Ocean. So it looks like these are the only 3 options possible.

So far so good although other US hosts are more compelling like VMHaus, SSDNodes and HosUS.
