Lack of interest 'view' phrase on permission

It's not exactly a bug, but reviewing permissions, I have seen that the phrase of 'view' is too generic and does not specify anything.

It might be better to add something like 'View forum' to better specify the given permission.

The phrase 'view' has other uses, so may need to create a new one.

The same thing happens on version 1.5
