One of my users reported that he can't download any kind of files anymore. Till yesterday he could. The system tells him that the file is 0 bytes big. He tried on his phone and on his computer.
Now, for anyone else it works (for all of us). He then created a test account, and with that account there is no problems at all.
Then, I tried to login into his account and I get the same error. When I am logged in as my user account, no problems, when I log in as him, I can't download files.
A "file" is downloaded which is empty
The problem happens on Firefox and Chrome.
Is there a user cache I can empty or something? Rebuilding it didn't help.
