XF 2.0 Very basic information & guidance required.

I've signed up with Awin and need to add the code to my website.

I'm totally non technical and for verification, I have told to:

1. Adding this line into the header of your website code: <Awin >
2. If you don’t have access to your website source code/or it works on a CMS, add <Awin> as text on your homepage.

So........anybody able to spend 30 seconds on a step by step guide how to start this learning curve?

Yes, but specifically (for someone non technical) into the code I would advise just before </head>
