vBulletin to Xenforo

We are managing a large forum and we are planning to switch to Xenforo.

My questions are:
- Which platform uses less server resources? RAM,CPU,etc.
- What are the data that wont be included when I converted from vb to XF platform?
- We have 400 concurrent users on peak hours, what server specs and configuration would you recommend?

We have had many reports that XenForo uses less server resources than other similar software.

The pre-sales FAQ in my signature has a screenshot of the content which is imported.
In general, any content related to add-ons won't be imported.

Server specification relies on a lot of factors related to traffic, activity, configuration, etc. so it's not possible to make any suggestions based on concurrent users alone.
