XF 2.2 vb3 import - where is this smilies xml?

I imported from vb3.8 to xf2.2 and am now looking for my smilies. From the manual https://xenforo.com/docs/xf2/import-notes-vbulletin/#smilies it says it created an xml file but didnt say where.. searching here i'm led to believe it was supposed to be in the internal_data folder but i dont see anything. My import smilies option doesnt look like this manual either:

Isn't there an imported_xml file? It's in there.
