How do I buy a license for our company? Since Xenforo is a UK based company we should not pay VAT for getting it when purchasing it for a company based within the EU. How do you handle purchases like that?

You have to enter your VAT ID at purchase and then contact Ashley using the contact form.

So there is a VAT-validator box then!?

It's not really that clear on the purchase site where it only states "* Note all prices are ex VAT (20%). This will be added during checkout for EU customers."

There is a box for the VAT ID, but it is refunded after purchase, after a request is submitted to the contact form.

Just create a ticket and request a VAT refund.
You will be refunded and your account will then be updated so future purchases are exclusive of VAT.
