XF 1.5 v1.5.13 upgrade failed - Contentcheck tag not a direct child

I'm doing an upgrade from 1.5.8 -> 1.5.13

After a short time it failed with this message:

account_personal_details - Line 42: Contentcheck tag found that was not a direct child of an if tag with hascontent attribute.

I have no idea what this means, has anyone else seen this before?

It looks like I had an edit in that template, but it was it was only a <xen:comment> commenting out the home page URL input.

I reverted the changes and the upgrade seems to have completed successfully.

Weird, at least it installed successfully though on the second try.
