Ok this is a weird issue I'm dealing with, and it could be caused by a 3rd party addon, but I'm not sure.
I have dozens of users that seem to have had an XFMG permission set automatically. But the only permission that's changed is "Upload audio to album" which is set to "Never". As soon as I remove that permission, these users disappear from the list of users with custom permissions set.
I've been searching through my addons to try to find anything with any code that would be able to change that permission, but so far I've found nothing.
