Users Online not working as it should

I'm curious as to why there is only one member in the list, when there is actually three online?

The online timeout is set to 15 minutes by default (http://xenforo.com/community/threads/not-a-bug-logout-in.6054/#post-89399)

After the timer expires those members will disppear from the online statistics panel.
