XF 2.2 Users not seeing avatar

Doesn't do a lot of good... what device are they using... what browser?
Do that have any add-ons on the browser enabled?
Did they try an alternative browser?
Does the same issue show up when on desktop for that user?

You really need to do some basic admin troubleshooting and then you would be able to give more detail in your request for assistance.

on tablet they see the avatar but not the last message icon
what exactly is the "last message" icon that you reference?

Have you set up so that they can check a default XF style to confirm that is not a style specific issue? If so, and it works in the default style but not your "custom" one.. then you need to address that issue to the style designer as it would then be apparent it's not an XF issue but a style specific issue.

If you are referring to avatar besides name on forum list of latest post shown, that appears to be normal.

If you are referencing where the alert, convo and related icons are, there isn’t room there and it’s probably not displayed due to logo crowding it out. Have they tried to switch the device into landscape mode to see if it shows up?
