XF 1.5 Users can't post via Chrome or Opera

So far just one thread that's been highlighted across 2 forums - users can't post replies (text just stays in reply box - no error message) Report function doesn't work for them either.

As admin I get the same! Firefox is fine. Any ideas please?

Any errors in the browser console? Does the same thing happen with all browser extensions disabled? Can it be replicated on a unmodified default style with all addons disabled?

It was ad blocker disable fixed it for me Not really practical to get members to turn that off. Why just one thread?? (so far)

Sorry - I did a longer reply but lost it trying to find the accept cookie button! Default with no addons - same issue.

Well you and your members should whitelist your site in the adblocker, then you will be able to post in the tjread.

The adblocker does not like something in the thread.

If it's being triggered by a keyword in the thread that's exactly what they will have to do, or whitelist the site.

The thread contains word 'advertisement' in title & 'advert' in thread. Not a surprise ina section for vintage adverts. I've removed from title & un-whitelisted the site in adblocker & it's fine.

Many thanks for the guidance. I'm green at best of time but been months if not years since needed support or had problems so rusty as hell now!
