XF 2.1 Users can approve their own message, oops. How to fix?

I have an addon that requires the first 2 posts of a user to have their posts routed through approval queu to cut down on spam. I thought it worked, but today testing a sample user, see they can approve their own. The message below appears to the user. Why can they approve their own? The addon is "moderate new members 1.4" by xf2addons. I assumed this is a mistake of mine in the settings somewhere. Thanks.

You should ask this query on xf2addons board because that's the best way to get support from andy's addons. Send him a private message there. He is super responsive with bug reports and other queries about his addons. This is not an internal feature of XenForo.
