XF 1.4 Users awaiting approval - Moderator view?

Can a moderator view users awaiting approval in the mod bar? Is this controlled by permissions ? I've went through all do not see any correlation with approving users.

That is actually an admin permission:

Admin CP -> Users -> Administrators -> Manage users and moderators

I went to AdminCP -> Users - > Moderators. I've got all the permissions enabled except the hard delete options, and still the moderator can't see users awaiting manual approval.

I wasn't sure if it was a core option for admins just to do this, or mods as well.

As Jake said and showed in his post, this is an Admin permission, not a Moderator permission.

That's what 'Admin permission' means - a permission for Admins.

My original question is this: Can moderators approve or reject users awaiting approval. It looks like NO.
