Design issue Users Active in Monthly/Weekly Statistics is not uniques

ACP > Tools > Monthly/Weekly Statistics

The "Users Active" is just a sum of daily users active, versus most folks would define "monthly users active" as unique logins across that time period. Same with weekly.

The data is in MySQL already, so this should be a relatively easy fix.
