What is a username hyperlinks disabler, you ask? Well I couldn't find a better name for this. This is a IP. Board 3.4.x function which is actually pretty simple: If you are a guest, all username hyperlinks are disabled (not clickable), including the avatars so there is no possible way to access member cards and member profiles. If a guest tries to access a member URL directly, the board would throw a permission error.
A example can be found here: http://ipbtracker.com - try looking at the member usernames. They aren't clickable! Not at forum list, thread list, thread view, or even "The Moderating Team" page.
I also want to extend this to any member that has been banned - no one should be able to access his profile card or the profile directly by disabling username hyperlinks for that user.
