XF 2.1 Usergroups for users who opted to watch on content creation or interaction possible?

I am hoping to make (secondary) usergroups for users who

• Watch content on creation: yes
• Watch content on creation yes, with email

• Watch content on interaction: yes
• Watch content on interaction: yes, with email

These do not show in batch update users (or in the extended criteria addon) , so maybe if I create the usergroups I can do this with a database query?

If so could somebody please let me know the query? many thanks

Alternatively or as well usergroup for users who don't watch either.
