XF 2.0 Usergroups en-mass

I have a long list of usernames that I need to change their additional usergroup from x to y.

Is there an easy way of doing it?

Use the batch update users function.

How do I select the usernames? I need to select them by username, as their current usergroup isn't a unique thing, and others are contained should should remain as they are.

In that case you will need to do them one at a time.
