Currently upon fresh install of MG 2.1 the usergroup permission for Unregistered/Unconfirmed (Guest) has XFMG: Media permissions "Add media items without approval" set to "Yes". Default should be "No".
Although not a big issue, it just seems to be the only Media Gallery permission set by default to something you wouldn't expect an admin to want.
