Add-on Usergroup permissions to use specific bbcode media sites

I want to be able to allow specific bbcode only for usergroups who have permissions.

e.g what i want is for only usergroups with those permissions to use Soundcloud media site, but allow another usergroup to use Youtube.

Is there an addon which can do this?
