Usergroup Permissions for font, font color, size

Please add usergroup permissions or global settings to allow/disallow the use of FONT, SIZE, COLOR.
If the member has no permission to use these bbcodes then the editor should not display buttons for it.

Personally I would like to restrict the use of these bbcodes to ranking members only. New members can abuse it with large red font, hard to read colors, hard to read size or fonts.

Apologies, I misread the other suggestion.

I'm surprised that this hasn't been suggested before, especially after this was implemented in signature permissions.

Yes, agreed. I was even surprised to find it was not implemented yet. Because the signature permissions for the same are there.
