Where can I edit the UserBlock span.arrow?

Looking at the Style Properties

The colors of the avatar block and the page background are the same and while the line around the avatar block shows the arrow part was lost. I would like to edit the arrow itself, but this is a useable workaround.

Only way to edit the arrow itself is to use the two templates I posted.
