Reply to thread

Not sure if you will agree that this is a problem, but we had an issue where somebody got a Reply Ban in a thread and he then just stared editing his existing posts.

I believe that a Reply Ban should also block the ability of the user to edit his existing posts in that thread.

Tested in an XF Demo.
