Not a Bug User Upgrades not being detected

    Briefly, let me point you here:

    Environment: XenForo v1.0.1

    Q: What type of PayPal account is it?
    A: PayPal Business

    Q: Is the Primary PayPal email address being used?
    A: Yes

    Q: Upgrades and specifics?
    A: To place a user in a secondary usergroup upon a successful payment callback from PayPal.
    A non-recurring, one time payment, (to enable both non-PayPal customers (credit/debit card etc.) AND PayPal customers (account holders) to place orders.)

    Q: Has PayPal given you the all-clear to dispatch goods?
    A: Yes. They've also emailed to notify this.

    Q: What's your ACP>Users>User Upgrades screen say?
    A: Several hours later after 100% verification that goods may be sent...

    Not a bug. :)

    EDIT: WTH has triggered it?
    It's been on refresh for the last hour showing zip, now it's there! Yippee!!!!!!! and extra !!!

    PayPal does multiple call backs so it's possible the first few failed for whatever reason and the next time PP tried it was successful.

    This could be related to server or connection issues between PayPal and your site.
