I've been having some problems with user upgrades:
I have two going now. One for a monthly donation and the other for a year. If someone signs up for the monthly, they are added to an additional user group. If they sign up for a year, it doesn't work.
The other issue is the User Upgrade Admin. Under controls>view users, nothing shows up unless I manually add them even though I know they are a current donor.
Any suggestions? Thanks.
