Hello,
Recently a few of my users have stated after their user upgrades have expired they are unable to re-purchase them.
I have disabled other similar user upgrades for when the user has a subscription so they don't accidentally buy them via the 'Disabled User Upgrades' checkbox section.
However even though their subscriptions have ended they still don't see any options for purchase.
Is this a bug? Whats going on.
