XF 2.3 User Upgrade don't work anymore

Greetings everyone.
I am currently having a problem with the User Upgrade feature.
After a payment, the user rank will not be linked to the buyer's forum account.
Nothing can be found in the admin panel under Logs > Payment Provider Logs.
I Also linked the callback url to paypal (IPN).
Does anyone have any idea if I missed something?

If there is no callback entry in the log then XF has no way of upgrading the account.

You will need to check in the payment provider to see why callbacks are not being sent.

As far as I know, you need to have a business account with PayPal for this to work. Is your account receiving payments?

the last log was from Jan 12, 2024.
i got a bunch of new payments after this but all of them need to activate manually.
i dont know whats causing it.

As far as I know, you need to have a business account with PayPal for this to work. Is your account receiving payments?

Not really. My PP Account is not business.
few months ago everything was working flawlessly.

I am having this issue. XF user upgrades are no longer automatically applied regardless whether user uses stripe of pp.

I am also having this issue after upgrading to 2.3... switched to the new system and set up a new key and still nada. Did either of you figure something out?

Switched to stripe and still having this issue. Got stripe working (just a complicated platform comparative to paypals legacy setup).

The test purchase works. True purchases do not.

I think maybe there's something that's changed with paypal that I'm just not aware of?

Wish I could get either to work but I guess I'm not that upset about switching to stripe. Paypal does indeed suck.
