XF 1.5 User upgrade access only

Is there a way to give a user access only to the user upgrade section only? I want them to be able to see whos a paid member and who is not but i dont want to give them access to anything else. Not sure if there is an addon or something i would need.

You mean in the Admin CP?

Yes, there is a specific admin permission for that.

Admin CP -> Users -> Administrators -> [click your admin user] -> Manage user upgrades

If the user is not already an admin then you need to make them one in this same area.

this may be another dumb ? can i only give them view access to this section? if i didnt want them to update or change anything just get a list of paid members...their may be a plugin for that ill look now just thought of that? or is there any reports that can be ran?

There isn't a way to give them only view access to that section. It would require some sort of custom development to only allow read access (or to create reports and allow access to just that).
